Current bean is a dry-process Ethiopian, expect big dried blueberry with light caramel notes. Great for espresso as well! The description says 'lightly toasted' but this roast is still not exactly a light light roast, it's more of a light-medium and in my opinion that makes for a much more sippable daily drinker. This is similar to some of the experimental light roasts this year, which were prepping for this!

Only available in 12-oz bags (for now) to help simplify things for me - sorry!! I promise I'll get 32-oz bags for this soon though.
